Faith Smith is our senior director of events. Previously she was the executive producer of Slate Live, where she led all of Slate’s live programming from podcasts and editorial conferences to events on emerging technology with their Future Tense partnership. Before that she was the director of events and external relations at New America. She’s a graduate of UCLA and lives in Northern Virginia.
